Mint Hill Yoga’s November Class Schedule

In its second month in its new studio in The Lofts at 7714, Mint Hill Yoga continues to expand its offerings.  Starting in November, Moving Meditation with Linda Nickolenko will be available on Monday nights at 6 pm.  Moving Meditation draws on the health wise teachings of Gary Kraftsow and the Viniyoga tradition that cultivates self-awareness through linking intentional breathing (pranyama) to postures (asana) to strengthen/encourage circulation within the body and calm the mind.

Other classes offered this month include:

Sundays at 3 pm – Gentle Flow

Mondays at 6 pm  – Moving Meditation with Linda Nicholenko

Wednesdays at 9:30 am – Gentle Flow Series

Wednesdays at 11 am – Fusion Flow

Thursdays at 9:30 am – Yoga Level 1

Thursdays at 11 am – Slow Flow

Fridays at 5:30 pm – Friday $5 Fusion

Saturdays at 2 pm – Kids Yoga

All classes are $10 unless otherwise noted.
