Mint Hill Yoga continues to expand its offerings as more and more Mint Hill residents demand additional yoga class times and varieties. Starting this month, Yoga for Beginners is now available two times a week:

It’s not too early to think about your New Year’s Resolution. Make a different kind of resolution this year – one that truly enriches your mind, body and spirit. Starting in January, Mint Hill Yoga will offer a Yoga Book Club, which will meet on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm starting on January 8th.

The first book up for discussion is The Bhagavad Gita translated by Stephen Mitchell. The Lofts at 7714 tenant Mint Hill Yoga is celebrating its one-year anniversary by offering free 30 minute yoga classes this Saturday, September 7th.
