Mint Hill Yoga, which recently opened its studio in The Lofts at 7714, will begin a Kids’ Yoga class starting on Saturday, October 20th. Staying true to its mission – yoga for every body – Mint Hill Yoga wants to help introduce children to the healthful benefits of practicing yoga. The class, led by instructor Kiesha Battles, will run from 2 to 3:15 pm every Saturday at a cost of $10 per class.
Ms. Battles has been practicing yoga since 2000 and is a graduate of the 200 Hour Subtle Yoga Training and Personal Transformation Program directed by Kristine Kaoverii.
