Suite J in The Lofts at 7714 is now available for lease in this retrofitted mill property located along highway 51 in downtown Mint Hill. At 1,280 square feet, the suite features three distinct spaces:
- A 765-square foot open area with an internal entrance to the building’s common hallway and a large garage door that leads to the building’s common loading dock
