On June 1, Cleaaan Ventures, LLC moved into Suite G in The Lofts at 7714, the retrofitted mill property in downtown Mint Hill. Cleaaan Ventures is the producer of the forthcoming eco-luxe fashion label Very Best.
“We are thrilled to welcome this creative entrepreneurial firm to our tenant community,” said Mary Crotty, managing partner for JMMT Partnership, the owner of The Lofts at 7714. “The fact that it is focused on sustainability in the design and production of its merchandise is an added bonus.”
The Very Best line will include fashion apparel, accessories, and sustainable bags. It will be designed, produced, and sold (via online channels) from its new 250-square foot space in The Lofts at 7714.
