Small Business Special for Private Office Space in The Lofts at 7714

The Lofts at 7714 is currently running a small business special for entrepreneurs looking for a private office in a convenient and affordable location.

At 250-square feet, Suite G is move-in ready and features high ceilings, an internal picture window and wood laminate flooring. Its entryway is one of the few remaining original wood doors from this former textile mill’s past.

Small Business Special

Despite the current situation, many small businesses continue to work hard and provide needed services to their communities. The Lofts at 7714 has long catered to small businesses and continues to do so now by running the following special for Suite G:

  • Reducing the monthly rental rate by $50 to $350
  • Partially subsidized electricity costs with tenant only paying $25 monthly utility fee
