Spring is Coming and So Are Commercial Suites in The Lofts at 7714
Two commercial spaces will be available for rent later this spring in The Lofts at 7714, the retrofitted mill property located in downtown Mint Hill. If you’re in the market for a new commercial site for your business, check out these upcoming vacancies:
Suite G: 250-Square Foot Office Space
This small suite is a one-room space, perfect as an office for a small business or individual entrepreneur, or as studio space for an artist, photographer, jewelry maker or other artistic/crafting business.
It features a large interior picture window, and its entrance is one of just a handful of original wood doors from the textile mill’s past. It’s high ceiling, neutral walls and attractive wood laminate flooring make it move-in ready.
Suite G will officially be available May 1, 2020, however, it’s possible that a tenant could move in by April 1.
Suite H: 500-Square Foot Office Space
This two-room suite’s attractive internal entrance is a door with a full glass panel for high visibility, as well as blinds for privacy. It leads into a smaller front office or reception area with an external window. Beyond it is a hallway area with room for storage and supplies that leads into the larger office with its own external window.
This space has been used for multiple purposes in the last 10 years, including as a personal trainer’s space, an attorney’s office, and a drafting/photography studio.
Suite H will officially be available June 1, 2020, however, it’s possible a tenant could move in sooner.
Need a Bigger Space?
The entrances to Suite G and H are located less than 10 feet apart, so they could be successfully used together for a single business tenant in need of a bigger space, or two coordinating businesses who benefit from close physical proximity.
In addition, Suite H shares a connecting, but sealable, door with the 1,400-square foot Suite I, which is also available. Suite I is also the only rear-entrance suite in The Lofts at 7714 to have its own private exterior entrance.
