The Lofts at 7714 is a retrofitted industrial building located in the heart of Mint Hill. Originally built in 1945 to house a textile mill, it is the current home to eight local small businesses, many of whom have been tenants in the building for several years. In fact, openings in The Lofts at 7714 are rare and typically do not last long.

Each space in The Lofts at 7714 is unique to the building and features remnants of the building’s industrial past. In the case of Suite I, that includes an exposed ceiling that is painted black, as well as a concrete floor painted grey.
The suite has its own exterior entrance that is close to parking and provides a measure of privacy for its visitors. In addition, it includes a small garage door with a glass door overlay to let in natural light. There is also plenty of space for signage along the exterior wall.
Inside, the suite’s open floor plan can and has been used for multiple business types: office, retail, studio, etc. Past tenants include a pottery art studio, an apartment locating business, a wedding videographer, and a home decor store.
Tenants in The Lofts at 7714 have 24/7 access to their space and full control of their HVAC system.
There are two interior exits in the space that lead to an inner hallway featuring exposed brick from the building’s original exterior facade and through to the building’s common area and restrooms.
Other tenants include Spotlight Performing Arts Academy, Pottery 51, Bull Moose Guns (vintage military memorabilia), Mint Hill Yoga, Kiersten Clay Photography, McLeod Associates Architect, Rick Rorie Design (drafting services), and Summit Environmental.
