Smaller commercial spaces go quickly, and Suite G of The Lofts at 7714 is no different. It’s coming available on June 1st, but expected to lease quickly.
The Lofts at 7714 is located at 7714 Matthews-Mint Hill Road in downtown Mint Hill, with easy access to I-485.
Suite G is 250 square feet (measures 10 x 25) and features faux hardwood flooring, a large picture window, and one of the original wood doors from the hosiery mill days. It’s a perfect space for a one or two person office, an artist studio, or even a small retail shop or gallery. Located in the interior of the building, it’s neighbors include Pottery 51, Mint Hill Yoga and Employment Practices Counsel.

The Reel Weddings and Reel Promos signed a two-year lease today for Suite I of The Lofts at 7714. These professional videographers specialize in high-end wedding cinematography and video advertising promotions.
JMMT Partnership, the owner of The Lofts at 7714, is very happy to welcome yet another creative-based tenant to the building, as it continues to build on the already existing artist community calling this retrofitted mill property home.
