Fire & Ice Therapeutic Massage is moving into Suite K of The Lofts at 7714 on March 1st. The owner, Ashley Dwyer, has been subletting space from Mint Hill Yoga in Suite E and is now ready to take on her own commercial space in order to increase her hours of operation to meet client demand for her massage therapy.

JMMT Partnership, the owner of The Lofts at 7714, is pleased to present Suite J, a 1,280 square foot commercial space, for lease and available right away.
This three-room space includes two interior entrances, as well as a full exterior garage door. It is heated and cooled via Mitsubishi Mini-Split units with individual thermostats in each room. The concrete floor has been stained and polished, and the walls have been insulated for sound.
Suite J is available as a whole unit or possibly subdivided as follows:
- Rear space: approximately 765 square feet, includes the garage door and one interior entrance door.
- Center space: approximately 300 square feet. It currently does not have it’s own door. It can either be leased with the rear or front space, or for serious prospects JMMT will discuss installing an entry door for this space.
- Front space: approximately 215 square feet, includes one interior door.
All prospective tenants of The Lofts at 7714 are required to complete a lease application and to show proof of insurance prior to lease signing.
