Prenatal Yoga coming to Mint Hill Arts

Prenatal Yoga is a great way to prepare for child birth.  It gives a woman the tools to breathe and calm the mind during labor.  The expectant mother also learns to connect with the miracle growing inside of her by simply showing up on the mat and nurturing both she and her baby.  Classes are centered around connecting mom and baby through both the physical and mental aspects of yoga.  A balanced prenatal class consists of meditation, pranayama (breath), asana (posture) and deep relaxation.

Mint Hill Yoga is excited to announce that it now offers such a prenatal yoga class at its studio within The Lofts at 7714 on Thursday evenings from 6:45 to 8 pm.  Mary Beth Bender is the instructor.
