December’s Free Lecture Series at Mint Hill Yoga

The Lofts at 7714 tenant, Mint Hill Yoga, is offering a free “Optimal You” lecture series in December.  Learn how to optimize your physical and neurological health with the following workshops:

  • Tuesday, Dec 4th at 7 pm:  “The Hows and Whys of Exercise” – learn what, why and how much of the different modes of exercise you should engage in to reach your goals.
  • Tuesday, December 11th at 7 pm:  “New Year Success” – learn how to use the latest in brain research to assist you in achieving your goals.
