Monthly Archives: November 2012
A new space has come available in The Lofts at 7714, the retrofitted mill property located at 7714 Matthews-Mint Hill Road in downtown Mint Hill. This 1,400 square foot space was recently vacated by Pottery 51 who moved into a larger 3,400 square foot, street front space in The Lofts. The parcel has its own exterior entrance, as well as a garage door entrance, and two interior entrances for easy access to the common areas of the building.
The concrete floor and raftered ceiling lend the space its vintage vibe and offer loads of possibility for a tenant looking for a unique space to make their own. Other tenants in this recently transformed building have painted or stained the concrete floors in their spaces to bring out their natural beauty, as well as painted their raftered ceilings black or dark grey in order to up the aesthetic affect.
This 1,400 square feet would be perfect for a dance or artists studio or for a professional office with an artistic bent. To view the space, contact Mary Crotty at 704-968-8286 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Lofts at 7714 is owned by JMMT Partnership, a locally owned commercial real estate partnership that consists of the family of John C. Healy. The building has been in the Healy family for 49 years.
