Is your business searching for a new home?  A home that is as unique and original as your business?  Are you intrigued by the vintage vibe and quality design of the buildings in South End, Dilworth and NoDa, but don’t want the hefty price or the long, expensive ride into center Charlotte.

More Details about 4/28 Yoga Workshop at The Lofts at 7714

On Saturday, April 28th from 2 to 4:30 pm, Mint Hill Yoga will host a Chakra Balancing Flow Workshop in the main gallery of The Lofts at 7714, which is located at 7714 Matthews-Mint Hill Road in Mint Hill, North Carolina.  The session will be faciliated by Jessica King, eRYT, LMBT #7024.  The cost of the workshop is $35.

If you are curious about whether this workshop would be beneficial to you or not, Bettie Shea, Mint Hill Yoga principal and contact for this event, explains more…

Do you ever feel sluggish or have chronic pain in the body?  Do you have trouble over-eating or under-eating?  Do you ever feel skattered or lack self-esteem?  Are you shy or do you talk excessively?  Are you overly critical of yourself or others?  Have you been in a traumatic incident or maybe life has just been hectic lately?

These are just a few of the reasons that a chakra balancing class is for you.  The chakra system organizes our emotions and stores our life experiences.  When one or more chakras is experiencing blockages, it can throw your physical, emotional and mental functioning into a tailspin.

With a mindful and intentional flow, we will tap into the power of each of the seven chakra, opening areas in the body that are ready and willing to release, and balancing the body and mind from head to toe.  This workshop will include a dynamic flow, guided meditations, pranayama, and chanting to support each chakra.  A short introduction to chakras will begin the workshop and at the end there will be time for a Q&A.

To register for this Chakra Balancing Flow Workshop, contact Bettie Shea at 704-578-2835 or bettie.shea@gmx.com.
