The Lofts at 7714 Owner Joins Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce
JMMT Partnership, the owner of The Lofts at 7714, has joined the Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce and will be offically welcomed into the organization at its monthly luncheon on Thursday, March 22nd at Jimmie’s Restaurant.
JMMT Partnership is a family-based, real estate partnership whose primary holding is The Lofts at 7714. Previously owned by the partners’ parents, John and Margaret Healy, the building has enjoyed a long and rich history as part of Mint Hill’s economy, first as a hosiery mill that employed many local residents; second as the home to the Healy’s business, Laminated Top Company, that thrived for 28 years in this location; to its current reincarnation as the home to local entrepreneurs, merchants and creative souls who are excited to house their businesses in this one-of-a-kind, vintage, commercial property in Mint Hill.
Managing Partners, Margy Pettit and Mary Crotty, daughters of John and Margaret Healy, will accept their Chamber plaque at the luncheon on behalf of the partnership.
