The Lofts at 7714’s Own Scott Slagle is Key Player in New Radio Station

Scott Slagle, the principal of Asylum Digital, and his friend Jason Michel are the reason there is one more choice in radio listening in the Charlotte area.   As featured in today’s Charlotte Observer, Scott and Jason launched the Plaza Midwood Community Radio (pmcradio.org) which features an eclectic mix of music hitting all tastes – everything from rock, pop, avant garde jazz and more.

Asylum Digital, a full service digital recording studio, recently moved into The Lofts at 7714 after Scott spent several months transforming a former cabinet shop space into a state-of-the-art studio which includes an 850 square foot live room and 300 square foot control room.
