Mint Hill Yoga to Host Yoga Workshop on March 11th at The Lofts at 7714
Local Yoga Instructor, Bettie Shea of Mint Hill Yoga, will host an Integral Yoga Workshop featuring Jonathan Miles of Project Yoga Richmond on Sunday, March 11th from 2 to 4 pm at The Lofts at 7714, located at 7714 Matthews-Mint Hill Road.
The event, which will take place in the front gallery of The Lofts at 7714, is open to the public, including beginners as well as more experienced yoga practitioners. The cost is $30 for guests who register in advance and $40 for people who walk in the day of the workshop. Check or cash only will be accepted.
Jonathan Miles is a co-founder of Project Yoga Richmond, a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing and expanding the yoga and movement arts community in Richmond, Virginia. Jonathan is a certified Integral and certified Vinyasa instructor.
Bettie is a certified Yoga teacher, concentrating in accessible, alignment-based flow, and currently teaches classes in various locations in Mint Hill and Charlotte. Her organization, Mint Hill Yoga, strives to offer “yoga for Every Body.”
“Mint Hill Yoga strives to provide a friendly, nurturing and accessible experience to practitioners of all levels,” explained Bettie. “Jonathan’s heart-opening workshop will meet all those goals and more. His gentle guidance will lead participants through a practice that is fluid, appropriately challenging, and enlightening. We are very fortunate to have an instructor of his caliber coming to Mint Hill.”
Event guests can park in the front lot of The Lofts at 7714 as well as in the back. The doors will open at 1:30 pm.
